WHY ARE YOU LAUNCHING THROUGH PRE-ORDERS?
Offering a pre-order period allows us to assess customer demand and informs our production quantities across our range of sizes and colors. We use pre-order data to determine how many of each style, color and size to stock on our website. Offering pre-orders helps us reduce waste by limiting production to what our customers want to buy.
HOW LONG WILL PRE-ORDERS BE OPEN?
Pre-orders will be available from Friday, February 3rd through Friday, March 3rd. This is a small production run, meaning we will only be producing a small quantity of “extra” inventory to stock on our website after pre-orders are fulfilled. The best way to guarantee you get the styles, sizes and colors of your choice is to pre-order.
CAN PRE-ORDERS BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?
Yes, items that are pre-ordered are eligible for return or exchange 30 days after they are fulfilled. We encourage you to review our size chart carefully to ensure a proper fit.
WHEN WILL PRE-ORDERS SHIP?
After pre-orders close, we will send your orders to our factory in New York City for production, which takes about 6-8 weeks. We'll keep you posted on your order and provide tracking once they have shipped, estimated in early June.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR PRE-ORDERING?
Insiders (email subscribers) will receive a 15% off discount code via email when pre-orders open on February 3rd. Additionally, Insiders receive 20% off their pre-order of 2 or more items.
WILL I BE ABLE TO ORDER AFTER PRE-ORDER CLOSES?
Unfortunately, once pre-order closes we cannot accept any more orders until we receive our inventory. We will only have a small amount of in-stock inventory at that time and it will be available while the items last.
CAN I SEE THE CLOTHES IN PERSON?
Since we are launching through pre-orders, we don't have inventory for a pop-up location at this time. We have a limited quantity of samples in sizes Medium and 2XL that you can see styled on our social media channels. We have tentative plans for a pop-up launch event in Atlanta in the summer after this initial production run has been delivered.
