Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To begin a return or exchange, enter your order number below. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation, as well as on the shipping label. Please note: Exchanges must be requested one at a time through the portal below.

Items purchased with a discount code, promo code, or on sale, are only eligible to be returned for store credit or an exchange. Exception: Full-priced items purchased with the Launch discount code are eligible for a refund. Pre-order purchases cannot be refunded until the order is fulfilled.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason or charge a restocking/cleaning fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please also send us a photo of the damaged item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
